The members of Restless are each multi-instrumentalists and vocalists with a rich variety of musical histories.

Jeff Elsloo has been playing bluegrass banjo and dobro for about 40 years.  During the journey he has performed in many  bands and played many different styles of music, never venturing  far from the Kansas City area.  His grandfather was a fiddler  and square dance caller and almost everyone in the family  played and sang. Jeff has taught numerous workshops on banjo and the history of bluegrass over the years. He is currently teaching Pete Wernick Jam Classes, and running instructional jams at bluegrass music clubs in the Kansas City area.

Dustin Gill Dustin started playing guitar at age ten and was heavily influenced by classic rock and blues in his early years. He fell in love with bluegrass in 2002 at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, KS., and began pursuing acoustic roots and bluegrass music. Dustin has been performing in the Kansas City area for the last five years as a solo singer/songwriter, in a variety of bluegrass bands and as a lead guitarist in a country band. He met Bruce at a gig for the grand opening of The Martin City Brewing Company where he was performing solo as a result of the venue switching dates at the last minute. Bruce was attending the restaurant opening and happened to have his Mandolin with him, so he introduced himself and joined in the performance! Both are now excited to be performing together as the band Restless!

Bruce Graybill is an award winning mandolinist and guitarist, winning 1st Place twice in the prestigious “Walnut Valley Mandolin Championship” at The National Flatpick Championships, as well as capturing six Kansas State Champion titles on mandolin and guitar.  He is an endorsing artist for Weber fine acoustic instruments and a former two-term President of The Classical Mandolin Society of America Inc. Notable performances include The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.,  and The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, in Washington D.C.  Bruce released his second solo CD ‘The Bell Effect’ in June, 2012. His first solo recording, ‘Mandocranium, an acoustic stringed fantasy’ was re-released as a ‘20th Anniversary Reissue’ at the same time.
